Johnson, Ridley Earn All-TCCAA Women’s Basketball Honors
JACKSON, Tenn. — Jackson State Community College women's basketball placed two student-athletes on the All-TCCAA teams following the 2025–26 season, highlighted by Hannah Johnson earning First Team honors and Mashawna Ridley receiving Second Team recognition.
Hannah Johnson (Bells, Tennessee) was named All-TCCAA First Team after an outstanding season for the Green Jays. Johnson finished the year third in the conference in scoring and ranked second in free throw percentage, establishing herself as one of the league's most efficient offensive players.
Johnson's ability to score in multiple ways and perform in key moments helped lead the Green Jays throughout the season and made her one of the most difficult matchups in the conference.
Freshman Mashawna Ridley (Lewisburg, Tennessee) earned All-TCCAA Second Team honors following an impressive debut season for JSCC. Ridley quickly established herself as a major contributor and one of the conference's emerging young talents.
Ridley's strong freshman campaign played a key role in the continued growth of the Green Jays program and positions her as a player to watch moving forward.
The two selections highlight the impact of JSCC women's basketball in the TCCAA and NJCAA Region 7.
