Brea Martin Named TCCAA Pitcher of the Week

Jackson, TN – Jackson State Community College freshman pitcher and infielder Brea Martin has been named the Tennessee Community College Athletic Association (TCCAA) Region 7 Softball Pitcher of the Week after a dominant performance on the mound.

Martin led the Green Jays to a commanding 18-0 victory over Mississippi Delta, throwing a complete game shutout while allowing just seven hits. Her stellar effort helped Jackson State continue its strong start to the season.

"Brea showed incredible poise and control on the mound," said Coach Barcroft. "She set the tone early and never let up. We're proud of her performance and excited to see her continue to grow."
